I’m on the road to meet some friends in the mountain to usher in the new year properly, but I wanted to share a little literary tidbit with y’all on this the first day on 2014 (!!). (Every new start needs poetry?.)
May your new year be full of wonder and curiosity, and the bravery to face the blank page and conquer it with new and fresh words.
“For last year’s words belong to last year’s language
And next year’s words await another voice.”
-T.S. Eliot, “Four Quartets”
Welcome, 2014, and all your new voices. We expect big things from you.
